	Local Educator Takes Action When local educator Lori realized her students wished they had more food at home, she got in touch with us and asked about our Produce Mobile Program. Now fresh produce is distributed to over 100 families each month at her school in San Mateo County. Read her story.
	Celebrating that #GivingFeeling On May 6, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation hosted the first-ever day of giving to benefit nonprofits in our region. Thanks to SCVG, our donors, and matching grantors (Bernard A. Newcomb Foundation and Silver Spring Networks), we raised $83,323.24! Find out more about Silicon Valley Gives.
