Family Harvest Santa Clara County

Bookmark and Share

Volunteers are needed to help with monthly distributions at Second Harvest Food Bank's Family Harvest sites. Family Harvest provides food and educational programs to low-income families with minor children. This is a hands-on volunteer activity and does require some lifting and regular movement. Activities could include assisting with room set up, unloading and moving food inside a community room, bagging fresh produce, distributing food to clients, and clean up. This is a great chance for volunteers to interface with our clients.

To sign up, contact the program coordinator at(408) 266-8866 x290 or email familySC@shfb.org. During the holiday months of November and December, dates and times may change.
