Family Harvest San Mateo County

Volunteers are needed to help with monthly distributions at Second Harvest Food Bank's Family Harvest sites. Family Harvest provides monthly food and educational programs to low-income families with minor children. Volunteers help with signing-up new members, assisting with check-in and food distribution, assisting the driver in unloading the food, preparing food bags, and helping clients carry food to their cars.

We are currently at capacity for volunteers at all distribution sites.

To sign up, contact the sites below and let them know you are interested in volunteering to help with the Family Harvest distribution.

During Holiday months of Nov. & Dec., date and time may change.
