Hunger exists right here in the Bay Area, not just in other parts of the world. Second Harvest Food Bank has been actively fighting the war on hunger since 1974. We believe that hunger can be addressed through community involvement and education. Use the following links to help you understand the causes of hunger and its effect on individuals and families.
