Ocean&#039;s Halo begann im vergangenen September mit der Zusammenarbeit mit uns, indem er Snacks, Br\u00fchen und Saucen auf Seetangbasis spendete. Ich absolvierte die Santa Clara University mit einem Bachelor of Science in Handel und einem Doppel-Hauptfach in Wirtschafts- und Umweltwissenschaften.<\/p>\n<p>Ocean&#039;s Halo begann als Chip-Unternehmen und hat sich in ein Unternehmen mit einer Vielzahl neuer Produkte verwandelt.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben derzeit 6 Mitarbeiter, darunter eine Produktentwicklerin in den USA und einen Mitbegr\u00fcnder, der in Korea lebt, wo Seetang und Seetang angebaut, geerntet und gekauft werden. Wir produzieren und verkaufen Br\u00fche, Nudeln, Nudelsets und Algensnacks. Wir verkaufen \u00fcber Amazon, Walmart, Whole Foods und eine Reihe kleinerer Einzelh\u00e4ndler in den USA. Wir wollen weiter expandieren und auch den europ\u00e4ischen Markt durchdringen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind derzeit einige der wichtigsten Initiativen von Ocean&#039;s Halo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unsere j\u00fcngste Innovation bei Ocean&#039;s Halo sind k\u00f6stliche und erfrischende Getr\u00e4nke, die Tiefseewasser mit nat\u00fcrlich vorkommenden Elektrolyten wie Kalzium, Magnesium und Kalium enthalten. Der Ozean ist eine nachf\u00fcllbare Wasserquelle, und Tiefseewasser stammt aus den Polargletschern des Ozeans. Es ist ein n\u00e4hrstoffreiches Wasser, das seine Reinheit etwa 1000 Meter unter der Oberfl\u00e4che beibeh\u00e4lt. Wir arbeiten auch daran, mehr Verkaufs- und E-Commerce-Veranstaltungsorte zu finden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wann haben Sie mit Second Harvest zusammengearbeitet? Wie kam es zur Partnerschaft?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe zum ersten Mal von Second Harvest geh\u00f6rt, als ich zur Schule an der Santa Clara University ging, wo ich Teil eines Projekts war (<a href=\"http:\/\/magazine.scu.edu\/scm\/article.cfm?c=24253\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wiederherstellungspotential f\u00fcr landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse in Zentralkalifornien f\u00fcr die Verteilung von Lebensmittelbanken)<\/a>\u00a0in 2016-2017 mit Dr. Gregory Baker. Die endg\u00fcltige Zusammenfassung der Forschung wird derzeit geschrieben. Ich bin sehr leidenschaftlich in Bezug auf Lebensmittelverschwendung und Ocean&#039;s Halo hat im vergangenen September damit begonnen, Produkte zu spenden, die \u00fcber oder nahe am Verfallsdatum liegen. Ich arbeite auch mit Martha&#039;s Kitchen \u00fcber das Food Recovery Network der Santa Clara University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was gef\u00e4llt dir an Second Harvest am besten?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich sch\u00e4tze die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit und Reaktionsf\u00e4higkeit sehr. Second Harvest ist eine hochkar\u00e4tige Agentur in der Grafschaft.
