Have you ever considered helping out at one of our food distribution sites? There are hundreds throughout Silicon Valley. Many of our most dedicated volunteers show up regularly to coordinate and give out food. Meet the volunteers of our program for seniors and disabled individuals at Trinity Church of Sunnyvale.

What Poverty Feels Like Sunnyvale Community Services hosted a "Poverty Simulation," an interactive immersion experience to help participants be more aware of the realities of poverty. A group of community members, including one of our staff, spent a morning role-playing "a month of struggling to make ends meet in Silicon Valley."
