The Food Bank offers two free food safety classes a month. These classes are taught by our Nutrition Education Coordinators and they focus on the material in the "ServSafe for Food Banking" guides. Classes are targeted towards our partner agencies and do not give participants any type of official certification. Each partner agency and direct site are required to attend at least one of these trainings each year.

Trainings are the following dates/times:

First Friday of the Month

Cherry Conference Room
10:15-11:45 AM

Third Friday of the Month
Curtner Location (750 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125)
Cilker Conference Room
10:15-11:45 AM
