Pour moi, c&#039;est de la coriandre, du persil et parfois de la menthe quand j&#039;ai eu mal au ventre. Je voulais en savoir plus sur les herbes et comment mieux les associer \u00e0 des plats communs pour am\u00e9liorer les saveurs et maximiser les nutriments.<\/p>\n<p>Ce guide rapide explique comment les herbes fra\u00eeches sont class\u00e9es, ainsi que les fa\u00e7ons de les cuisiner et de les conserver. Hacher la sauge pour l&#039;ajouter aux viandes grasses. M\u00e9langer la sauge avec le persil, le basilic et l&#039;ail pour faire de la sauce tomate. Aussi, roulez les feuilles comme un cigare et coupez-les proprement pour \u00e9viter qu&#039;elles ne brunissent. Ranger \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat frais: 2 semaines.<\/p>\n<p><em>Persil:<\/em> Le persil frais est plein de saveur. Il peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 aux plats vers la fin ou pour garnir. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans des salades comme le taboul\u00e9 et \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 dans les smoothies. M\u00e9langer le c\u00e9leri, le persil, la pomme, le citron vert et l&#039;eau et boire imm\u00e9diatement. Dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tat frais: 3 semaines.<\/p>\n<p><em>Coriandre:<\/em> La coriandre devient brune lorsqu&#039;elle est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, mais elle peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e aux soupes et bouillons au d\u00e9but du processus de cuisson pour rehausser la saveur. Ensuite, retirez et jetez avant de servir. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour garnir, en salade, en guacamole ou m\u00eame en smoothie.
