How to Make Crunchy Roasted Cauliflower
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Rinse cauliflower and cut into florets.
- Toss florets on baking sheet with oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Roast, stirring occasionally until tender, 30-35 minutes.
- Toss with lemon zest and juice before serving.
For Italian version: Toss with the following after roasting:
- 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
For Mexican version: Toss with the following after roasting:
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
