Quinoa - Baked, Pan Fried or Microwaved

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup of quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • any desired seasonings such as salt and pepper

Mexican Quinoa Salad

  • Quinoa, cooked using any method shown in the video
  • corn kernels, to taste
  • diced tomatoes, to taste
  • black beans, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • lime juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • cheese, to taste (mozzarella or queso fresco)

Sweet Breakfast Quinoa Bowl

  • Quinoa, cooked using any method shown in the video
  • maple syrup or honey, to taste
  • fresh or frozen berries, to taste
