Denise Persson<\/strong><\/span><\/h1><\/div>

Denise Persson has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Snowflake since 2016, where she has played a central role in scaling the company’s revenue from $1 million to over $4 billion. She brings more than 25 years of experience building global marketing organizations at high-growth technology companies.<\/p>\n

Before joining Snowflake, Denise served as CMO at Apigee, an API platform company that went public in 2015 and was subsequently acquired by Google. Earlier in her career, she built and led the global marketing organization at Genesys, a collaboration software company, guiding it through IPO and acquisition. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University and an MBA from Georgetown University.<\/p>\n

Denise first became involved with Second Harvest through volunteer opportunities at work and has been a supporter of the organization ever since. Joining the board is an opportunity to deepen that commitment \u2014 and to put her marketing and growth expertise to work for a mission she has long believed in. She joined the Second Harvest Board in 2026.<\/p>\n

Denise lives in Menlo Park with her husband Niclas, an architect, and their two children \u2014 one just starting college, one in high school.<\/p>\n<\/div>
