Bij deze inspanning waren een groot aantal partners betrokken, waaronder lokale overheden, volksgezondheidsafdelingen, schooldistricten, non-profit \/ gemeenschapsorganisaties en geloofsgemeenschappen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11892 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99-16x12.png 16w, https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99-200x133.png 200w, https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99-400x267.png 400w, https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99-500x333.png 500w, https:\/\/www.shfb.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/canva-photo-editor-99.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Foto genomen tijdens een &quot;Lunch in de bibliotheek&quot; deze zomer<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Partners omarmden het brengen van maaltijden aan de mensen en hoogtepunten waren onder meer de lancering van een mobiel maaltijdenprogramma met <strong>East Side Union High School District (ESUHSD)<\/strong>\u00a0die gangpaden kruisten in gemeenschapsparken en wooncomplexen. Bij deze inspanning waren diverse partnerschappen betrokken, waaronder: raadslid Sylvia Arenas<em>,<\/em> Project Access, First 5, The Health Trust, Santa Clara Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services, de San Jose Juvenile Department en de San Jose Police Department. In totaal verzorgde ESUHSD ontbijt, lunch en snacks aan tien scholen en acht gemeenschapslocaties en werd het geserveerd <strong>meer dan 100.000 maaltijden<\/strong> in de maanden juni, juli en augustus. Bovendien <strong>Mountain View Whisman School District<\/strong>De mobiele inspanningen op parken en wooncomplexen gingen door. Er zijn al plannen gaande om de toegang volgend jaar uit te breiden met hun nieuwe foodtruck. We hebben ook 20 VTA-advertenties gekocht, lokale promotores opgeleid, radio- en tv-interviews gehouden, robobellen naar schooldistricten opgezet, maaltijden voor verzorgers gefinancierd en meer.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>O<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>De outreach-inspanningen van uw gemeenschappen werkten. In 2018 werden er meer dan 1.000 maaltijden per locatie verdeeld in vergelijking met zomer 2017.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Houd onze website in de gaten voor de plannen voor zomer 2019!
