Met Thanksgiving en Kerstmis om de hoek willen we iedereen eraan herinneren dat voedselveiligheid belangrijk is, of je nu thuis kookt of vrijwilligerswerk doet bij ons!<\/p>\n<p>Een door voedsel overgedragen ziekte vindt plaats wanneer twee of meer mensen dezelfde ziekte krijgen door hetzelfde besmette voedsel en de <strong>Oorzaak nummer 1 is te wijten aan slechte persoonlijke hygi\u00ebne<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Deze video laat zien hoe gemakkelijk het is om door voedsel overgedragen ziekten te voorkomen door je handen goed te wassen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Jz3aoqvBKzQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Bij Second Harvest is voedselveiligheid een van onze topprioriteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat onze klanten veilig behandeld en gezond voedsel krijgen. Naast de training hebben we een verscheidenheid aan materialen bij de voedselbank op vervaldatums, veilige omgang met pluimvee en hoe je je handen goed kunt wassen. Deze handouts (beschikbaar in het Engels \/ Spaans en Vietnamees \/ Chinees) worden op verzoek verstrekt aan onze agentschappen en distributiesites.<\/p>\n<p>Bekijk dit voor meer
