Op elke willekeurige voedseldistributiedag zie je een overvloed aan kleurrijk en gezond fruit en groenten, vezelrijke volkoren granen, eiwitproducten zoals bonen, tofu en kip, en zelfs oli\u00ebn en kruiden.<\/p>\n<p>U hoeft geen topchef te zijn om een smakelijke maaltijd voor het gezin te maken - eenvoudig kan ook heerlijk zijn. Zelfs met beperkte tijd kunnen onze klanten gerechten maken die ze met trots delen en waarvan hun kleine, kieskeurige eters zullen genieten. We moedigen klanten aan om indien nodig zowel vers als ingeblikt voedsel te gebruiken; dit bespaart u wat tijd in de keuken en u kunt gebruiken wat u al in uw voorraadkast heeft.<\/p>\n<p>Zorg ervoor dat kinderen helpen bij het kookproces. Het betrekken van kinderen zal hen enthousiast maken om een verscheidenheid aan voedsel te eten en het is een geweldige kans om gezonde eters op te voeden.
