Het stelt ons in staat om echt van ons eten te genieten zonder oordeel of schuldgevoel. We delen vier tips om mindful te beginnen met eten, wat ook kan helpen om een gezondere relatie met eten te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p>Door aandacht te besteden aan ons eten, moment voor moment, zonder oordeel, kunnen we bewustere keuzes maken over wat en hoe we eten. Bewust eten moedigt ons aan om naar ons lichaam te luisteren en te herkennen of we echt honger hebben of gewoon uit verveling, stress of gewoonte eten.<\/p>\n<h2>Vier tips voor het beoefenen van bewust eten<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Wees volledig aanwezig<\/h3>\n<p>Vermijd afleidingen tijdens het eten, zodat u zich echt op uw maaltijd kunt concentreren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zet de televisie en elektronica uit.<\/li>\n<li>Vermijd het werken of lezen tijdens het eten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Observeren en luisteren<\/h3>\n<p>Let op wat uw lichaam u vertelt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Let op of u zich vol voelt.<\/li>\n<li>Vraag uzelf af of u eet omdat u honger heeft, zich verveelt of nerveus bent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Blijf niet-oordelend<\/h3>\n<p>Vermijd het labelen van voedsel als \u2018goed\u2019 of \u2018slecht\u2019. Waardeer voedsel in plaats daarvan als voeding.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Herken wanneer u schuldgevoelens heeft over eten.<\/li>\n<li>Wees dankbaar voor het eten dat je hebt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Geniet van het moment<\/h3>\n<p>Geniet van elke hap door rustig aan te doen en de smaken en texturen te waarderen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Let op de textuur, smaak en geur van uw eten.<\/li>\n<li>Ga zitten tijdens het eten om te ontspannen en de spijsvertering te verbeteren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bewust eten en stress<\/h2>\n<p>Mindful eating can also help manage stress and emotional eating.
