Ang Wellness Pantry ay nakatuon sa mga indibidwal na may mababang kita na mayroong isa o higit pa sa limang mga kondisyon sa kalusugan: prediabetes, gestational diabetes, diabetes, mataas na presyon ng dugo o mataas na kolesterol. <strong>Ang program na ito ay nilikha upang makatulong na mapagbuti ang kalagayang medikal ng isang pasyente kasabay ng mga serbisyong medikal na ibinigay ng kanilang doktor.<\/strong> Napatunayan na ang pag-access sa mas malusog at masustansiyang pagkain ay maaaring humantong sa mga pasyente na nagkakaroon ng pinabuting kalusugan, pagbaba ng kanilang mga medikal na gastos (mas kaunting gamot, oras na ginugol sa ospital), at maaaring payagan silang maging mas aktibo sa pisikal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Naghahain ang klinika ng tinatayang 7,000 mga pasyente ng may sapat na gulang.
