Ngunit ang isang nakatagong resulta ng pandemya ay ang emosyonal na pasanin ng stress. Naapektuhan kaming lahat ngunit higit na nahirapan ang mga pamilyang mababa ang kita.<\/p>\n<p>Si Irma (47) at ang kanyang anak na lalaki (27) ay nakatira sa isang mobile home na minana niya nang mamatay ang kanyang ina noong 2019. Sinabi ni Irma na dumaranas ng dalamhati at kalungkutan ng pagkawala ng matriarch ng pamilya at ng kanyang matalik na kaibigan, kasama ang stress at kawalan ng katiyakan ng pagkawala ng kanyang trabaho bilang isang dental assistant sa simula ng pandemya, ay nakapipinsala. Hindi siya makabangon sa kama at napagtanto na siya ay nakakaranas ng depresyon.<\/p>\n<p>Si Irma at ang kanyang apat na kapatid na lalaki ay naging mas malapit mula nang mamatay ang kanilang ina, at ang mga kapatid ay nag-alok ng emosyonal at pinansyal na suporta upang matulungan ang kanilang nag-iisang kapatid na babae sa ilan sa kanyang mga gastusin. Si Irma ay bumalik sa trabaho ng buong oras at nakakuha ng pangalawang trabaho sa katapusan ng linggo at ang kanyang anak ay nagtatrabaho ngayon bilang isang assistant chef sa isang Italian restaurant sa Berkeley.
