Venk Nathamuni

Venk Nathamuni is Chief Financial Officer at Jacobs, Inc., one of the leading companies that provide engineering, technical, and professional services for building the world’s critical infrastructure. Immediately prior to Jacobs, Venk served as Chief Financial Officer at Cirrus Logic, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience with deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, corporate finance and strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to that, he was at Arista Networks, where he served as Head of Corporate Finance, M&A, Investor Relations, and Information Technology. In this role, he was also responsible for financial planning and analysis and long-term strategic planning.

Previously, Venk spent nine years at Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., where he served as Vice President of M&A and Corporate Development and Head of Investor Relations. Before that, he held a variety of positions at J.P. Morgan, Synopsys, Synplicity, and QuickLogic.

Venk est titulaire d'un MBA de la Wharton School de l'Université de Pennsylvanie, d'une maîtrise en génie électrique de l'Université d'État de New York à Stony Brook et d'un baccalauréat en ingénierie électronique et des communications de l'Université Madurai Kamaraj, en Inde.
