Edua Dickerson is the vice president of ESG (environmental, social and governance) and finance strategy at ServiceNow. Entrusted with operationalizing ESG across the organization, Edua is spearheading and scaling ServiceNow’s integrated ESG strategy and executing key initiatives for the office of the CFO. She originally joined ServiceNow as chief of staff to the CFO in July 2020. She is also an advisor for strategic learning, digital reskilling, and talent development initiatives at ServiceNow, leading the finance career development strategy, including the post-university and post-MBA rotational programs.

Formerly, Edua worked at YouTube as the chief of staff to the corporate controller & chief accounting officer at Google, eventually moving on to Head of YouTube Trust and Safety.

During her work at Google, she served as a co-chair of the Black Googler Network Global, an employee resource group for Black professionals at the tech company. She worked to increase the talent recruitment, career progression and retention and leadership accountability of Black professionals at tech companies.

Edua earned a master’s of business administration and decision sciences from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Edua is committed to serving our food insecure neighbors with dignity. This comes not only from her professional role, but also from her personal connection to food insecurity rooted in her experience with childhood homelessness. She was born and raised in the Bay Area and recognizes there are still many vulnerable people here who are just steps away from food insecurity.
