Former SVP and Chief Accounting Officer, Intapp

Kalyani Tandon

Kalyani Tandon brings four decades of finance and accounting leadership in the high-tech and professional services industry. Most recently, she served as SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Intapp, a cloud-based software provider for global professional and financial services firms, where she led the company through its public offering in 2021 before retiring in 2023. Earlier in her career, she held CAO roles at Axiom Law, Arista Networks and Sun Microsystems, and began her career in public accounting with KPMG in the U.K. and U.S. She holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College London and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Beyond her finance career, Kalyani has served on the board of Silicon Valley FACES, a nonprofit building inclusive communities free of bias, and co-authored the Finance and Accounting chapter in “The First Mile,” a guide for first-time entrepreneurs published by The Indus Entrepreneurs.

Kalyani’s connection to Second Harvest began through her husband Sanjay’s affiliation with Applied Materials, where volunteer opportunities first brought her through the doors — sorting food and organizing food drives. That hands-on experience deepened into a longer commitment, and since 2024 she has served on the Second Harvest Audit Committee. She joined the Second Harvest Board in 2026.

Outside of work, Kalyani has practiced Indian classical Bharatanatyam dance for 30 years, trained by MBE recipient Sunita Golwala of the United Kingdom. She and Sanjay live in the Cupertino foothills, where they hike and bike in the Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve.
