How to Make Crunchy Roasted Cauliflower

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. Rinse cauliflower and cut into florets.
  3. Toss florets on baking sheet with oil; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast, stirring occasionally until tender, 30-35 minutes.
  5. Toss with lemon zest and juice before serving.

For Italian version: Toss with the following after roasting:

  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 2-3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

For Mexican version: Toss with the following after roasting:

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
