Katharine Carroll
Founder and Managing Partner, The reSolve Group
Katharine Carroll is a Founder and current Managing Partner of The reSolve Group, a residential real estate firm in Silicon Valley. Prior to her current role, she was a professional cyclist, competing both domestically and internationally with the USA Cycling National Team. She and her wife, Alison Rosenthal, remain quite active in every sense – physically, professionally and philanthropically. They are both supporters of civil and human rights work, and Katharine has served on the National Leadership Council for the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and on the Executive Committee for the Silicon Valley chapter of Human Rights Watch (HRW).
Katharine loves cooking and welcoming friends into their home for delicious meals and fun conversation. She joined the Second Harvest Board in 2022 because she believes most of life’s great moments occur during a shared meal and that access to healthy food is a right, not a privilege. During the pandemic, she and her wife wanted to help families impacted by job loss and other hardships and they were inspired by the efficient and effective way Second Harvest of Silicon Valley mobilized to support the increased need in our community.
