Tina Sunseri

Tina Sunseri is an Audit Partner at Deloitte and has over 17 years of experience serving publicly held and privately owned clients in the technology industry. She specializes in hardware and software companies and has experience serving both large, complex SEC technology companies and venture-backed, development-stage companies in the Silicon Valley. She has extensive experience advising companies on controls and process improvements, revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, and new and emerging accounting hot topics.

Tina earned her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics from Santa Clara University. She is a certified public accountant in the state of California and currently resides in San Jose with her husband and two sons. Tina is a first-generation immigrant from Vietnam and is deeply committed to the promotion of food security. She joined the Second Harvest Board in 2021.
