Ingredients

Kale Smoothie

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Drizzle of honey

Kale Chips

  • 4 handfuls of kale
  • 4 pinches of salt
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Kale Salad

  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1/2 handful of cheese
  • Small handful dried fruit or nuts
  • Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or dressing of choice

This video includes three fast and tasty weekday ways of enjoying kale, one of the most nutrient-dense foods. Kale can be blended into a fresh breakfast smoothie (you can’t even taste the kale flavor!), made into a healthy kale chip or used raw in a summer salad.
