Kale Smoothie
- 2 handfuls of kale
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Drizzle of honey
Kale Chips
- 4 handfuls of kale
- 4 pinches of salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
Kale Salad
- 1 handful of kale
- 1/2 handful of cheese
- Small handful dried fruit or nuts
- Drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or dressing of choice
