  • 1 12oz package of silken tofu
  • 1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey

This recipe will take you completely by surprise. Use tofu and berries to make a delicious, high-in-protein breakfast dessert.

How to Make 5-Minute Tofu Pudding

  1. Place tofu, strawberries, vanilla and honey into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste. Add more honey if desired. Serve with sliced strawberries.
