Ingredients

Greek Yogurt Parfait

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit of any kind
  • 1 handful of granola, nuts, seeds or other dried grains

Greek yogurt smoothie and smoothie popsicle

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk, water or juice
  • 2 cups of any fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1 handful of ice

This video includes three easy ways of enjoying plain Greek yogurt! Recipes include a French yogurt parfait, light fruit smoothie and frozen smoothie popsicle. Greek yogurt is also a great healthier alternative to sour cream.
