- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup fruit jam
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup granola
- Fresh fruit, as topping
- Honey, as topping, optional
Breakfast parfaits are a great way to start the day since they provide the right amount of protein, fiber, and fruit for morning energy. Full of flavor and texture from the creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and sweet homemade jam. I love how parfaits look and especially how they taste, and kids especially love to help in the kitchen making their own special parfait masterpiece.
1. Layer about ½ cup yogurt into the bottom of a glass or bowl. Next, add about 2-4 Tbsp of jam.*
2. Alternate layers of yogurt and fruit jam to your liking.
3. Finish off with granola on top. Garnish with fresh fruit or drizzle of honey, if using.
Tip: Feel free to use 1/2 – 1 cup of sliced fresh fruit instead of jam between the yogurt layers
