  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 kutsarang langis ng oliba
  • 3 kutsarang keso ng parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp pinatuyong oregano
  • 2 tsp pinatuyong basil

How to Make Microwavable Spaghetti Squash Pasta

  1. 1. Use a fork or knife to carefully poke multiple holes around the squash. Then microwave the whole squash to soften it, around 5-10 minutes depending on size.
  2. 2. Remove squash from microwave and cut in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove the seeds and pulp. Place back into the microwave and heat until tender, about 5-10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, parmesan cheese, oregano, basil and diced tomatoes.
  4. 4. When cooled enough to handle, scrape the insides of the squash with a fork to create “noodles.
  5. 5. Add “noodles” to the tomato mixture and toss until combined. Season with Servings: 4-6 salt and pepper. Enjoy!
